Freedom 90 may have had a cast of supermodels and David Fincher directing but we say it ain’t got nothin’ on Freedom 2K. The video for the new single by LA Vampires, which premiered on Stereogum this morning, features our very own Jillian Cainghug. And the reason everyone in it looks so fresh is because Jillian also styled the video with wardrobe provided entirely by Weltenbuerger.
In related news, LA Vampires’ mastermind and front woman Amanda Brown has just been enlisted to be a Weltenbuerger blog contributer. She will be providing her very own mixtapes on the regular. So check back soon - the first one will be coming down the pike any day now.

Weltenbuerger’s head honcho, Bryan Sanderson, just returned from Germany with his bags packed full of new pieces from Berlin-based designers. One of the labels he brought back is Boessert/Schorn. They’ve been selling like bananas in East Berlin and from the photos below you’ll see why. So come in quick before it’s all gone!

A great thing about having a shop in a place like Los Feliz village is the friends of friends who stop in to say hi.
